Role: Administrator
Contract: Fixed term until July 2025
Salary: Up to £27,000

You’re an administrator, looking to join a welcoming projects team in Smethwick for a 9 month fixed term contact. With a background in customer service or admin in a client-facing role, you’ll be confident working both independently and supporting others across the business.
As a project administrator at Portakabin, you’ll be the heart of our projects team, working closely with, and assisting a team. The team is hardworking and supportive and are genuinely passionate about the work that they do and are looking forward to working with someone who is eager and keen to learn!
You’ll be responsible for providing support and assistance with the coordination, implementation, and delivery of a variety of projects within several sectors. You’ll produce documentation including risk registers and project programmes, supporting the team to ensure effective cost and programme control.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from our office in Smethwick.

As an administrator, you will have:
- Experience working within customer service
- A minimum of 3 years administration experience
- Proven organisation & planning skills
