We’re looking for a Hire Manager to join the team at our Purfleet Hire & Service Centre.
The role of Hire Manager is a hands on, commercial and a results driven manager who will have a passion for coaching and developing teams, delivering excellent customer service and will role model our Company values.
Managing the commercial teams in London East, this role will also be responsible for developing and promoting the Company’s hire business, to include our full range of products and services, ensuring the Division’s Customer Charter is followed. The role is target driven with a key focus on order winning activity.
Working alongside projects and service teams in the region and the Building Service functions, the role holder will promote an environment of effective teamwork and communication.
What we’re looking for?
You will be an experienced sales manager with a proven track record in leading teams to achieve agreed KPI’s. You will also have demonstrated knowledge of the tender process and ability to support large submissions through active involvement from proposal and agreeing the order winning strategy.
