Role: Administrator
Salary: £24,500 - £27,000
Location: Smethwick, BB6 2LQ
You’re an Administrator who would relish the opportunity to join an established and welcoming team in Smethwick. With a background in either sales or customer service administration, you’ll be confident in working both independently and with wider areas of the business.
You’ll be learning from the best, joining a small and supportive team with extensive company and industry experience. They are looking forward to sharing their skills and knowledge with someone eager to learn and develop in their career.
You’ll be responsible for developing, promoting, and maximising profitable business opportunities for Portaloo, by providing commercial and administrative support. You will be responsible for preparing quotations, maintaining document control, preparing contracts, and responding to internal client enquiries. The role is based from our Hire Centre in Smethwick, and is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am-5 pm.
As an Administrator, you will have:
- Strong administration experience
- Proven organisation and planning skills and good attention to detail
- Workable knowledge of invoicing/billing
- Solid understanding of various software packages (E.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
