You will be part of a multi-disciplined professional team responsible for managing the design and integration of fabric, structure and building services engineering across a range of Portakabin modular construction projects.
Role Details
Salary: €40,000 - €50,000
Role based: Donabate, Co Dublin
Contract type: Permanent, Full-Time
Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
Role Responsibilities
Scheduling and executing own workload.
Prepare planning, DAC & FSC drawings for application submittal.
Tender Assessment and tender drawing production.
Provide technical support to both commercial and project teams
Produce compliant layouts and M&E designs for active bids
Provide compliant design support for changes on live projects
Coordinate & resolve technical queries with central D&E
Carry out on site surveys to produce accurate as built drawings

Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has:
A qualification in Architectural Technology (FETAC level 7 or equivalent)
A willingness to use your own initiative is essential
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
A working knowledge of building regulations & standards
A working knowledge of mechanical and electrical services in building design
An ability to produce high quality 3D visuals and ‘walk through’ videos is desirable
