We are looking for a Construction Services Coordinator Lead to join our Construction team, which can be based anywhere in England or Wales. 

 

As a Construction Services Coordinator Lead you will provide coordination, planning and administrative support to enable safe, efficient and cost-effective site and yard operations, delivering high standards of service for colleagues and customers.

 

Role Details

In this role you will be required to

 

*         Design, implement and improve administrative and coordination processes that support operational planning, delivery and compliance.

*         Plan, allocate and monitor administrative tasks to ensure timely, accurate and efficient support for site and yard operations.

*         Maintain systems covering building allocations, resource planning and programme data.

*         Communicate effectively with operational stakeholders to ensure processes are understood, consistently applied and aligned with business requirements.

*         Respond to queries and resolve issues promptly, escalating where required to minimise disruption to operational activities.

*         Manage and resolve service requests from customers promptly and effectively.

*         Produce accurate and timely reports to support operational planning, forecasting and decision-making.

*         Some roles may also lead and develop a small team of support administrators or technicians.

Our Ideal Candidate

 

*         Strong administrative experience in an operational or service delivery environment.

*         Experience of planning, coordinating and supporting operational activities.

*         High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

*         Strong communication skills, able to build effective working relationships with operational colleagues and stakeholders.

*         Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience of SAP or similar systems is desirable.
