We are currently looking for a Hire Coordinator to join our friendly Exteriors team based in Leeds.

As a Hire Coordinator you will develop and promote Portakabin Exteriors products and services through both internal and external business development by creating awareness of Exterior building service offerings amongst Hire Centre Commercial Teams and clients.

You will maximise order numbers and order value across all regions with proactive quotation follow up activity, ensuring relevant building service products are included on all quotations whilst managing internal and external customer service activity.

Role Details

  • Salary: £21,000 - £26,000
  • Role based: Leeds, LS12 6LZ
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Annual leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays

Role Responsibilities

*         Carry out structured business development, to Hire Centre Commercial Teams to create awareness of the Exterior building service products and services and to clients with a view to upselling post order and post deliver delivery.

*         Follow up on live opportunities with Hire Centres where Exteriors are not included on the quotation to understand the client’s project and recommend potential Exterior’s solutions that can be added.

*         Be the point of contact at quotation stage should the Hire Centre require assistance in presenting our products to customers.

*         Deliver customer care programme (Internal and external) to ensure maximum satisfaction, repeat business and referral opportunities.

*         New product innovation, supporting the Business Manager with identifying new product opportunities through market research, insight gathering, and awareness of new technologies, innovations, and trends.

*         Quotation/drawing/sub-contractor co-ordination and support on larger and more complex opportunities over a value of £20k.
