Role: Junior HSE Advisor
Salary: €40,000 + Bonus
Location: Donabate
We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a proactive individual to join us as our next Junior HSE Advisor in Ireland. You will ideally have a Degree in Health, Safety, and Environmental management but we would also consider applicants with a construction-related degree looking to move into the Health and Safety field.
Portakabin is committed to achieving zero harm, as a Junior HSE Advisor, you will be instrumental in achieving this by working within the Health, Safety and Environmental team to directly influence our safety culture. Your role will be to help us improve our day-to-day HSE compliance by coordinating our Irish and UK HSE activities to ensure we maintain a common approach.
You will engage in a proactive and positive health and safety culture where accident and incident prevention is paramount and where we strive to be an industry leader in Health, Safety and Environmental best practice.
Working closely with our HSE Business Partner, you will perform regular Health and Safety inspections and audits of Portakabin premises and collate and analyse HSE data for reporting purposes. You will be responsible for producing and communicating key HSE messages through internal communication channels across the business and safeguard the company against any Health and Safety related issues.

As a Junior Health and Safety Advisor, you will have:
- A valid Irish Driving Licence
- Level 7 Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management or equivalent
