Job Title: Junior Project Manager | Salary: Competitive | Location: Donabate

 

We have an opportunity for a Junior Project Manager who will be the link between operations and the project department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident in liaising with subcontractors and managing packages for offsite work in line with contract scope, whilst tracking budget and material spend.

 

The successful candidate will be based from the Donabate office and at times working across sites in Donabate with a 80:20 time split.

 

Role Responsibilities:

 

*         Operate offsite, working independently or as part of a team, in the completion of the fitout of Portakabin buildings.

*         Upon Portakabin receipt of customer order, the PDC will oversee the offsite works ensuring that all are completed to specification and programme, reporting on progress to the Head of Projects and the individual Project Controllers, liaising at all times with the Operations Manager and Operations Supervisors.

*         Host weekly project update meeting to update all departments within the business on progress of live projects. Point of contact between operations, commercial and projects department pre dispatch to site.

*         Handover to project site team pre dispatch from depot.

 

As a Project Delivery Coordinator you will have:

 

*         Cost tracking and cost management experience

*         Advanced in Excel

*         Confident in liaising with sub-contractors and managing relationships with them

*         Construction background

*         Ability to work on your own initiative and be a team player
