Role: Labourer with Forklift License
Hourly Rate: : £12.84 per hour + fixed bonus scheme £1.69per hour
Role based: Portakabin Ltd, New Lane, Huntington, York, YO32 9PT
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 4:30pm, on Fridays from 7:30am to 12:30pm.
We are seeking a Labourer to join our Manufacturing team in based in York.
This roles will play a critical part in ensuring tasks completed accurately to quality and cost. duties and are carried out safely following established procedures and instructions.
As a Labourer, you will:
* Perform work in accordance with established quality standards and Health and Safety regulations.
* Plan and execute assigned duties while maintaining a safe, organised and clean working environment.
* Work towards achieving manufacturing targets by identifying faults, implementing solutions where possible, or escalating issues as necessary.
* Consistent focus on safety and product standards.
* Continuous improvement suggestions shared.
* Ensure the completion of training during induction.

*Practical skills developed in a similar role or environment.
*Ability to read and interpret documentation.
*Proven experience to identifying faults, implementing solutions where possible, or escalating issues as necessary.
