Role: National Call Centre Team Leader
Salary: £28,000 + Bonus
Location: Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 2PA
You’ll be a determined and confident leader, looking for an opportunity to join an established and successful team based in Stockton-on-Tees. With a background in either customer services or telemarketing, you will be confident working well under pressure and towards tight deadlines.
As a National Call Centre Team Leader, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of the National Call Centre, generating additional opportunities by supplementing existing business development activity. You’ll also work closely with the Business Development manager and wider marketing team on current events that could be implemented as tactical campaigns.
At the core of everything, you’ll be a strong people manager, who will invest the time to coach and develop your 6 direct reports within the national call centre team. You’ll be responsible for driving your team to achieve set targets, whilst creating a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing their results and ways of working. Whilst the role is based from our office in Teesside, there is a requirement for some travel to our Head Office in York and other areas of the business across the UK.
As a Call Centre Team Leader, you will have:
- Proven experience in team management, including coaching
- Substantial previous customer service experience
- Solid experience with various software packages (Including MS Excel and PowerPoint)
- The confidence to work independently and drive new initiatives
- The ability to quickly establish strong, professional working relationships
