Job Title Planning and Building Control Manager | Location West Bromwich, B66 1AT | Salary Up to £37,500 DOE plus commission
As a Planning and Building Control Manager, you possess confidence, adaptability, and a passion for overcoming challenges. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business, allowing you to apply and develop essential skills needed for advancement within the company.
Your role will involve overseeing project work, ensuring completion within budget and agreed timelines, and managing risks effectively. You will need to conduct site visits to accurately assess costs using standard charge schedules. Assigning tasks, monitoring progress against deadlines, and ensuring work meets quality standards and customer expectations will all fall under your remit. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining Health and Safety standards.
Working alongside a tight-knit team, you will collaborate on finding ways to enhance operations and support each other in generating fresh ideas to drive the business forward.
