Your role will involve overseeing project work, ensuring completion within budget and agreed timelines, and managing risks effectively. You will need to conduct site visits to accurately assess costs using standard charge schedules. Assigning tasks, monitoring progress against deadlines, and ensuring work meets quality standards and customer expectations will all fall under your remit. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining Health and Safety standards.

 

Working alongside a tight-knit team, you will collaborate on finding ways to enhance operations and support each other in generating fresh ideas to drive the business forward.

 

As the next Planning and Building Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in actively seeking new business opportunities, attending client meetings, preparing documentation for planning authorities, and overseeing the financial performance of your area.
