Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 + Company Car

Location: Sherburn-in-Elmet, LS25 6EP

Contract: Fixed term contract until July 2025

You’ll be an organised and customer-focused supervisor with a background in multi-trade or construction settings. You’ll utilise your experience in planning or project management to coordinate projects within agreed timescales.

You’ll be joining our knowledgeable and supportive projects team as a Project coordinator on a fixed-term contract until 2025. From the get-go, you’ll be working with a wide range of clients, getting full exposure and experience managing varied projects across a diversity of sectors.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing and controlling sub-contract labour, reviewing, and analysing all costs, liaising with customers, and producing Gantt charts, method statements, and risk assessments. A CPCS or ALLMI membership is desirable but not essential for this role.

This is a Hybrid role, working from our office in Sherburn-in-Elmet, working from home, and traveling to our customer sites across the region.

As a Project coordinator, you will have:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Practical experience working within a multi-trade/construction environment
  • Experience working within a planning, projects, or supervisory role
  • CPCS/ALLMI appointed person
