As a Regional Manager you will provide commercial and operational leadership across a defined region, driving growth through customer engagement, effective work winning and the successful delivery of customer projects. In addition, you will lead and support the regional team to embed a customer-first culture, achieve agreed performance targets and build strong customer relationships.
Role Details:
- Annual on target bonus of 15%
- Role based: Highbridge, TA9 4PW
- Contract type: Permanent
- Company Car

- Annual leave of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and opportunity to buy an additional 5 days each year.
In this role you will be required to:
* Implement the business unit commercial and business development strategy for the region.
* Deliver commercial performance across the region, achieving commercial growth targets, supporting business development activities and securing new opportunities in line with business unit objectives.
* Contribute to regional market positioning and pricing decisions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and the wider business unit commercial priorities.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality account management and an exceptional customer experience.
* Support bids and proposals, contributing to contract negotiations to ensure commercially sound outcomes.
* Represent the company locally through customer engagement, site visits and participation in regional customer forums, strengthening the company reputation and increasing our visibility in the region.
* Ensure customer projects within the region are delivered safely, on time, to budget and to agreed quality standards.
* Lead, motivate and develop the regional team, providing clear objectives, effective performance management and support for growth and development.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards and all legal and regulatory requirements across the region.

Our Ideal Candidate
* Educated to degree level, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Experience in a leadership role with commercial and customer-facing responsibilities.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and secure new opportunities.
* Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
* Experience of leading teams, setting objectives and supporting performance and development.
* Knowledge of project delivery and the ability to monitor and apply commercial and delivery performance metrics.
