Role Details

  • Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum

  • Role based: Rugby Hire Centre

  • Contract type: Permanent

  • Annual leave: 25 days, plus bank holidays

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial and administrative support as directed by the Hire Centre Manager

  • Maintain statistical and commercial data, including inputting and processing information within our computerised systems

  • Respond to customer enquiries whenever appropriate

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong administrative experience gained in customer service environment

  • IT literacy skills in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

  • Good level of numeracy and literacy

  • Excellent customer focus
