We are currently on the look out for Hire Support Administrator to join our supportive and dynamic team in Hamilton on a one-year fixed term contract. Role Details

  • Salary: £23,000 per annum

  • Role based: Hamilton (ML3 0EJ)

  • Contract type: Fixed-term 12 months

  • Annual leave: 25 days, plus bank holidays


Role Responsibilities

  • Carry out structured business development, local and national campaigns, including “cold calling” within the area designated, in order to achieve order targets.

  • Respond to customer enquiries to generate orders.

  • Effectively use internal systems (e.g. SAP, CRM) to ensure customer information is kept up to date and systems are aligned.

  • Log and see through customer rectifications on CRM.

  • Log contract notifications on SAP.

  • Liaise with Finance and Central Services with regards to monies owed and billing block control.

  • Take responsibility for T drive file management including folder generation and general house keeping.

  • Offer Visio drawing support.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong administrative experience gained in customer service environment

  • Experience of business development activities including campaign and cold calling

  • IT literacy skills in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

  • Good level of numeracy and literacy

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft packages

  • Strong communicator
