You’re a Service Administrator who would relish the opportunity to join an established and welcoming team in St Albans. With a background in administrative support, you will be confident in working both independently and with wider areas of the business.

 

You’ll be learning from the best, joining an ambitious and supportive team with extensive company and industry experience. They are looking forward to sharing their skills and knowledge with someone eager to learn and develop in their career at Portakabin.

 

You’ll be responsible for providing administrative support in the delivery and management of service tasks, assisting to ensure effective cost and programme control at all times, administer and process reports using SAP. Reporting into the Service Manager  you will assist in providing an efficient after sales service to customers.

 

As a Service Administrator, you will have:

 

*         Proven administrative experience in a client facing role

*         The ability to work on your own initiative

*         Ability to work in a systematic, methodical and orderly way

*         The ability to listen, consult others and communicate proactively.

*         Proven organisation and planning skills.

*         Excellent understanding of various software packages
